Prof. JiajingWang's Research Featured in NewScientist Article

​Researchers lead by Dartmouth's Jiajing Wang analyzed fragments of pottery found at Hierakonpolis, an ancient city and current archaeological site in southern Egypt, and found evidence that ancient Egyptian elites drank thick porridge-like beer around 5,800 years ago.
